Dear Mr. Anderson: This classification decision under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS) is being issued in accordance with the provisions of Section 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177). DATE OF INQUIRY : July 31, 1990 ON BEHALF OF : Infralux International Inc. DESCRIPTION OF MERCHANDISE : The submitted sample, which has no style number, is a cotton woven cover. The cover is designed to encase a foam cushion. The cover measures 7 inches by 7 inches by 4 inches. It has a zipper on one side and a reinforced hole on another side. There is capping along the edges and the hole. An electric massager will be inserted through the hole in the cover. The cushion is intended to support the body while the massager is in operation. HTS PROVISION : Other made up articles, including dress patterns, other, other, other other. HTS SUBHEADING : 6307.90.9590 RATE OF DUTY : 7 percent ad valorem A copy of this ruling letter should be attached to the entry documents filed at the time this merchandise is imported.
