Dear Mr. Powell: In your letter dated July 19, 1990, on behalf of Nicholas Import Corporation, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The submitted unlined garments are manufactured from fleece fabric of 85% polyester/15% cotton. The designated textile and apparel category may be subdivided into parts. If so, visa and quota requirements applicable to the subject merchandise may be affected.
