Stabilizer Grade 2824.10.0000 3% ad valorem (Lead Monoxide) CAS #1317-36-8 (9903.28.01) #8 Litharge Pdr. Ceramic Grade " " #9 Red Lead Pdr. High Dispersion Quality Special 2824.20.0000 3.4% ad valorem (Lead Tetroxide) CAS #1314-41-6 (9903.28.02) #10 Red Lead Pdr. " " Dispersion Quality Normal #11 Red Lead Pdr. " " Non Setting Quality This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Section 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177). A copy of this ruling letter should be attached to the entry documents filed at the time this merchandise is imported.
