The samples submitted with your request will be returned to you under separate cover. Style 734711/712 is a nightgown constructed from 100 percent cotton woven fabric. The duty rate will be 8.4 percent ad valorem. The nightgown falls within textile category designation 351 and the robes fall within textile category 350. Based upon international textile trade agreements products of Indonesia are subject to a visa requirement and quota restraints. The designated textile and apparel categories may be subdivided into parts. If so, visa and quota requirements applicable to the subject merchandise may be affected.
