The sample submitted with your request will be returned to you under separate cover. Style 1124 consists two pieces. The jumper is constructed from 100 percent rayon woven fabric. The jumper features oversized armholes, spaghetti straps and a full front opening secured by eleven buttons. The jumper also has self fabric lacing in the back. The top is constructed from 65 percent polyester/35 percent cotton knit fabric. The oversized, pullover top features short hemmed sleeves and a hemmed bottom. The applicable subheading for the jumper will be 6211.43.0066, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for track suits, ski-suits and swimwear; other garments: other garments, women's and girls': of man-made fibers: jumpers: other. The duty rate will be 16.9 percent ad valorem. The applicable subheading for the top will be 6110.30.3055, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for sweaters, pullovers, sweatshirts, waistcoats (vests) and similar articles, knitted or crocheted: of man-made fibers: other: other: other: women's or girls'. The duty rate will be 34 percent ad valorem. The jumper falls within textile category designation 659 and the top falls within textile category 639. Based upon international textile trade agreements products of Sri Lanka are subject to a visa requirement and quota restraints. The designated textile and apparel categories may be subdivided into parts. If so, visa and quota requirements applicable to the subject merchandise may be affected. Part categories are the result of international bilateral agreements which are subject to frequent renegotiations and changes.
