The prospective import are as follows: Item HTS# Duty SX 2001 Scannex 3208.90.0000 3.2% SX 2001 Scanner Mounting Fluid 3823.90.4500 6.9% SC 2001 Scan Fluid 3823.90.4500 6.9% RC 2001 Film Cleaner 3814.00.5090 6% DC 2001 Drum Cleaner 3814.00.5090 6% VC 2001 Video Cleaner 3823.90.9050 5%. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Section 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).
