Italglass is involved in a case currently pending before the Court of International Trade. The sample which you submitted with your ruling request raises issues which are similar to issues involved in the pending court case. Under Section 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177), this office is precluded from issuing rulings which involve issues currently pending before the court.
