ESSENTIAL OIL HTS RATE OF DUTY Oleum Lavandula Vera 3301.23.0000 Free (Oil of Lavender) Oleum Mentha Pulegium 3301.29.5050 Free (Oil of Pennyroyal) Oleum Achillea Millefolium 3301.29.5050 Free (Oil of Milfoil or Yarrow) Oleum Satureia Montana 3301.29.5050 Free (Savory Oil) Your inquiry does not provide enough information for us to give a classification ruling on Oleum Thymus Longicaullis under the HTS. Your request for a classification ruling should include a flow chart showing the manufacturing process. These products may be subject to the regulations of the Food and Drug Administration.
