Pursuant to Section 177.2(b)(7) of the Customs Regulations, information which is claimed to constitute trade secrets or privileged or confidential information must be identified clearly and the reasons such information should not be disclosed must be set forth. We have reviewed your request and do not agree that the information set forth therein constitutes trade secrets or privileged or confidential information. Accordingly, pursuant to Section 177.8(a)(3) of the Customs Regulations, you are permitted 10 working days from the date of this notification to withdraw your ruling request.
