The applicable subheading for the above listed products are as follows: PRODUCT HTS RATE OF DUTY Peroximon DC/R (dicumyl 2909.60.2000 18.6 percent ad valorem peroxide in lump form) (CAS # 80-43-4) Peroximon DC 40 KE (40% 3815.90.5000 5 percent ad valorem dicumyl peroxide and 60% burgess KE clay in pellet form) Peroximon DC 40 MF (40% 3815.90.5000 5 percent ad valorem dicumyl peroxide and 60% ethylene-propylene co- polymer in sheet form) Peroximon DC 40 P (40% 3815.90.5000 5 percent ad valorem dicumyl peroxide and 60% calcium carbonate in powder form) This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Section 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177). A copy of this ruling letter should be attached to the entry documents filed at the time this merchandise is imported.
