NY 807916 March 17, 1995 CLA-2-87:S:N:N1:807916 101 CATEGORY: Classification Mr. John Porter The Merry Sales Company 1415 San Mateo Avenue South San Francisco, CA 94080 RE: The tariff classification of Bicycle parts from Japan Dear Mr. Porter: In your letter dated February 29, 1995 you requested a tariff classification ruling. The National Import Specialist Division does not reply to ruling requests which involve ongoing transactions or disputes. It is suggested that you apply for a decision through the Internal Advice Procedures as described in the Customs Regulations. You may also apply directly to the Office of Regulations and Rulings in Customs Headquarters. It is suggested that you supply samples of each type of item.
