The National Import Specialist Division does not reply to ruling requests which involve ongoing transactions or disputes. It is suggested that you apply for a decision through the Internal Advice Procedures as described in the Customs Regulations. You may also apply directly to the Office of Regulations and Rulings in Customs Headquarters. It is suggested that you supply samples of each type of item.
