Dear Mr. Wilkens; Reference is made to our letter NY 806722 dated February 23, 1995, in which we issued you a binding ruling for parking meters and steel posts. We inadvertently showed China as the country of origin for this merchandise. Your letter to us indicated that this merchandise will be manufactured in South Africa. This letter will serve as a correction to NY 806722. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. A copy of this ruling letter should be attached to the entry documents filed at the time this merchandise is imported. If the documents have been filed without a copy, this ruling should be brought to the attention of the Customs officer handling the transaction. Sincerely, Jean F.
