DESCRIPTION OF MERCHANDISE : 1 - Helical Springs made of iron or steel. 2 - Harness Group 3 - Solenoid Group 4 - Electrical Unit Group 5 - Parts of Padlocks/Locks HTS PROVISION: 1 - Helical Springs HTS 7320.20.5015 - The rate of duty is 5.7 percent ad valorem. 2 - Harness Group HTS 8544.51.8000 - The rate of duty is 5.3 percent ad valorem. 3 - Solenoid Group HTS 8538.90.8080 - The rate of duty is 5.3 percent ad valorem. 4 & 5 Electrical Unit Group including Parts of Padlocks/Locks Need detailed descriptive literature or information of the components being imported. A schematic(s) or blueprint(s) would be helpful, indicating what these items look like. Furnish a sample(s) of the components. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Section 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177). A copy of this ruling letter should be attached to the entry documents filed at the time this merchandise is imported.
