PRODUCT HTS RATE Jasmine Essential oil 3301.22.0000 Free Citronella Essential oil 3301.29.5011 Free Patchouli Essential oil 3301.29.5029 Free Sandlewood Essential oil 3301.29.5039 Free Ylang Ylang Essential oil 3301.29.5043 Free Ruling requests are limited to five products per ruling letter. You may resubmit requests for the other products listed on your inquiry, each letter may contain a maximum of five products. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Section 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177). A copy of this ruling letter should be attached to the entry documents filed at the time this merchandise is imported.
