Style 4700, subject of ruling 899205, will now be constructed from woven fabric that is 70 percent nylon/30 percent rayon. The applicable subheading for style 4700 will be 6206.40.3030, which provides for women's or girls' blouses: of man-made fibers: other: women's. The rate of duty will be 28.6 percent ad valorem and the textile category designation will be 641. A copy of this supplement should be attached to the entry documents filed at the time this merchandise is imported along with ruling 899205.
