Box 1431 Fall River, MA 02722 RE: Modification of HRL 083632; citation error Dear Mr. Mozaz: On April 27, 1989, we issued Headquarters Ruling Letter (HRL) 083632, concerning the classification of braided evening bags. In that ruling we cited HRL 085617 of March 4, 1988. That citation was incorrect. The correct citation is HRL 075617 of March 4, 1988.
