Upon further review, that percentage is determined to be in error. Pursuant to 19 CFR 177.9(d), NYRL 840710/840711 is modified in the following respect. The rate of duty applicable to style no. 2221 is 8.4 percent ad valorem, in accordance with Chapter 58 Additional U.S. Note 1, HTSUSA.
