Blended syrup. Dear Ms. Kack: This is to inform you that New York Ruling Letter 830463, dated June 20, 1988, is hereby revoked, as it pertains to blended syrups. Our present position on blended syrups is set forth in HQRL 083695, dated May 30, 1989, a copy of which is enclosed. This revocation letter is being sent to you pursuant to section 177.9(d) of the Customs Regulations (19 CFR 177.9(d), a copy of which is attached for your reference. Further, this letter is applicable to all other rulings issued to you which are inconsistent with our position as stated in HQRL 083695.
